CodeClub is a structured, sprint-driven mentorship program designed to accelerate real-world engineering skills through execution.

Members:

Follow Agile practices (JIRA-driven sprints)
Work in real delivery cycles
Build production-quality projects
Present a final capstone

⏱️ Cadence

Sprint Length: 2 weeks
Commitment: ~16 hours/week
Duration: Multi-sprint program
Outcome: Capstone project + final presentation

🧠 Why This Model Works

This program is based on real mentorship programs I ran at Salomon Brothers, Citigroup, EZOPS, RiskFocus, and Ness.

In those environments we:

Took engineers with 0–2 years experience
Invested 3–5 months of structured training
Developed them into fully billable, client-ready engineers

This wasn’t resume coaching.

It produced engineers who could actually deliver in real environments.
